02Website delivery and hosting
The studio website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, with a server in Germany. Hetzner processes hosting data on our behalf under Article 28 GDPR.
When you request a page, your IP address, request time, requested resource, HTTP status, browser information and, if sent by your browser, referrer information are technically processed to deliver the site and protect its operation. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure, reliable website delivery.
The supplied website configuration disables persistent web access logs. The studio API does not store visitor profiles or request bodies. Connection data is processed for the duration needed to handle the request. Separately required evidence of a specific security incident is retained only for the investigation and, if necessary, the enforcement or defence of legal claims.
03Cookies, browser storage and external content
We do not set cookies, advertising identifiers, local storage entries or analytics identifiers on this website. Language selection is part of the page URL. Your browser may cache our own files as part of the requested page delivery; you can remove that cache through your browser settings.
Images, styles and scripts are delivered from this website. There are no embedded videos, social feeds, externally hosted fonts, tracking pixels or automatic connections to app stores. Normal external links only open the respective provider when you follow them.
No consent banner is currently needed for tracking because no such processing is used. Any future optional storage, analytics or embedded content will need a separate assessment and, where required, prior consent under section 25 TDDDG and the GDPR.
04Email and support
If you email us, we process your sender address, any name you supply, message contents, attachments and technical delivery information to answer the enquiry. Do not send passwords, login codes or payment-card details.
Our email infrastructure is provided by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany.
The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a contract or steps you request before a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our interest in handling enquiries. We delete enquiries once their purpose is fulfilled unless follow-up, an applicable statutory retention duty or a concrete legal claim requires continued retention. In that case access is restricted to that purpose.
05Recipients and transfers
Data is accessible only to the operator and the hosting or email processors as required for their tasks, and to authorities or professional advisers where a legal requirement or necessary legal defence applies. This website does not sell visitor data.
The website implementation does not initiate transfers to advertising or analytics services outside the EEA. If you actively visit an external website, its operator is independently responsible for its processing. We do not promise that an external provider processes all of its data solely in Germany.
06Your rights
Subject to their legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR. You can object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) for reasons arising from your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it for the future.

You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the authority at your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. For non-public-sector organisations in Bavaria, this is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
07Required information and automated decisions
You do not have to create an account or provide contact details to read the website. Technical connection data is necessary to deliver a requested page. Providing enquiry details is voluntary; we may be unable to reply without a return address.
There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects and no profiling. This notice will be updated if the processing changes.
