Provider information under section 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). Final Round Studios is the studio name used for this website and Varcano.

This notice concerns the studio website. Varcano has a separate game privacy notice. This website has no accounts, contact form, advertising analytics, newsletter or checkout.

These terms describe the use of this informational studio website. They do not replace the terms accompanying a game build, a store purchase or a future online service.
04 / VARCANOVarcano privacy
This notice describes the current Varcano Windows prototype, version 0.8.2. The studio website does not operate a player-account service. Cloud sign-in is not activated in this build because no public game-server address is configured.

These licence terms are prepared for authorised, free Varcano test builds. They do not constitute a purchase offer and must accompany a build when it is supplied. Store releases and optional online services may require additional, clearly presented terms.
