Delete your Varcano account

Local progress, online accounts and support messages are handled separately. Choose what you want to remove.

Remove local progress

  1. Close Varcano and back up the save folder if you want to keep a copy.
  2. On Windows, open Win + R and enter:%APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Varcano
  3. Delete the folder to reset local progress and settings. This does not delete an online account.

Request account or support-data deletion

For an online account, use Settings → Account & cloud saves → Delete cloud account in the game. You can also request deletion by email from the address linked to your account.

We verify the requester. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or an unsolicited ID copy.

What happens to my data?

Files stored only on your device cannot be erased remotely. Support messages can be deleted under the conditions of the GDPR. Applicable legal retention duties and specific legal claims may require restricted retention. We respond within the statutory period, generally one month, and explain any lawful extension.
