01Provider and licensed build

Where a copy of Varcano is lawfully supplied to you under these terms, you receive a non-exclusive right to install and play that build for personal, non-commercial use. This does not transfer ownership of the game or its assets.
02Permitted use and legal exceptions
You may make copies needed for lawful installation and use, including a legally permitted backup. Do not redistribute the build or extract and commercially exploit game artwork, sounds or code without permission, except where a statutory right or a third-party licence permits it.
Mandatory rights to observe, study or test the program, make necessary corrections, or decompile for interoperability under applicable law remain unaffected. No restriction here overrides an applicable open-source licence.
03Progress and services
Back up local progress before changing or removing game files. Offline play and online account data are separate. Online functionality, updates and compatibility obligations follow the actual offer and applicable law. These terms do not remove statutory obligations.
04Third-party components
Varcano uses Godot and third-party components under their respective licences. The notices supplied with the build must be retained. Those licences continue to govern their components; this licence does not relicense them or grant general rights to the proprietary Varcano artwork.
05Purchases and consumer rights
This website offers no paid game downloads or item purchases. Prices, purchase conditions, digital-product information and any required withdrawal information will be presented with the actual offer.
Statutory consumer, warranty and liability rights remain unaffected. Liability follows the law; these terms contain no blanket exclusion for defects, personal injury, intent or gross negligence.
06Contact and governing protections
For permissions, defects or other licence questions, contact support@finalroundstudios.com. No exclusive consumer court venue is agreed. Mandatory protections available in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
